I have included some information to assist you, but after a comprehensive Buyer meeting ,we will determine your wants and needs and get you on track to buying a home.
How do I get paid? As REALTOR® commissions are paid from the Seller, and is part of the Sale price of the home. As a buyer you will not be paying me directly for my services.
Schedule and availability? Some times we need to JUMP!. I will always make myself Available when we need to move quickly on a Purchase. you are always my top priority!
How many buyers did you help find a home last year? Last Year I closed 54 Deals and took care of 65 clients personally. I believe that the personal touch and care allows us to build a strong team together, I will always answer your texts and calls and provide educated, correct information to your questions.
How will I determine what homes we should take an Interest in? Generally, after a comprehensive meeting, I will start by signing you up to receive listing updates when new homes match your wish list. I will also keep an eye as new listings hit the market. I have strong relationships with other REALTORS® and often get a heads up on new listings coming soon.
How will we decide on our offer? When you work with me you get communication and a strong negotiation style. While there is no right way to negotiate and determine an offer, it is important your wants and needs take precedence.
