This weekend event seems like a distant memory now. Remember when the boulevards of your neighbourhood were once filled with open house signs, drawing in interested buyers and nosey neighbours alike? It was a chance to show off you house to multiple buyers in a narrow window but open houses were yet another business casualty of Covid. However, now that some restrictions are being relaxed realtors are now able to consider hosting open houses again. Do you think that covid protections and restrictions should continue for open houses? Should proof of vaccination be required to attend an open house?
