In a time when we are so divided and we cannot seem to agree on the most basic of issues, there is one issue that we can all agree needs to be addressed. The housing market. June of 2021 has seen an average house price of over $850K……an increase of 26% over last June! (https://wowa.ca/reports/canada-housing-market). We can almost unilaterally agree that these prices are making entering the house market almost impossible for the average Canadian. Not only is home ownership becoming just a dream for some Canadians ,the increase in pricing has also driven up rents to unaffordable rates as well. How do we fix it? Educate yourself and vote accordingly. This is too important to ignore.
